OPENING OF THE BAR AT THE RAINBOW HOUSE

INSTRUCTIONS

1. We open the BAR at 7 pm.

2. If the RH is closed : go to the entrance hall of the RH office at the corner of Lollepopstreet and Rue Marché au Charbon (just in front of the RH).

3. On the right side of the door there is a safe box. You have to press the code number to get the keys (you put them back after the closing).

4. To get the code number call Jill from the RH : 0486561981 or François 0496050573

5. One in RH turn the signboard on « open »

6. If the cash box is not on the counter it's in the cupboard were we use to put our stuff (just under the Bionade beverages)

7. You count the cash in the box (100 euros as working capital)

8. Check if there are enough drinks : if not go to the basement (the food is in the small room at the back)

Turn on music if you know how to. Make sure to welcome people and introduce new people around.

should we make things easier and just agree (unless it's a special occasion) that we bring nothing to committee meetings and just have the meetings. or try and organize people to bring drink or snack?

Does anyone else care about this? Or do I just think about food too much (I don't really need an answer to that, thank you)
